About the conference

      43rd International Conference of the Polish Phycological Society

The 43rd edition of this annual conference, taking place in 2026 continues the long tradition of meaningful meetings of the Polish Phycological Society. Everyone is invited to join, as the conference is an important hub to connecting phycologists from all across Europe. With the motto behind our conference “Global Environmental Changes, Algal Responses and Ecosystem Perspectives” we want to highlight the importance of algae in the global ecosystem and look into the future of algal responses to environmental changes and possible applications. The conference always gathers top regional researchers in the field and is an important platform to share algae research.
